OMAJ Free Standing Electric Fryer 21L

NTG14E is designed to reduce the number of parts and is offered at affordable price yet provides high quality frying service and simplifies operation. It helps customers to get value without compromising performance.

The heating element is fixed in-place to eliminate oil migration. This new design also creates a safer working environment by keeping the hot elements in the tank where they belong. This new design doesn't compromise any performance or efficiency against the swing-up type.

With snap-action probe, heating element(s) heats up rapidly when it detects a change in the load and/or a drop in temperature, which helps to return to proper temperature faster rather than to leave food in low-temp frypot to absorb oil.

Wide frypot(s) with cool zone design helps to catch food debris and prevent it carbonized. Bottom of frypot(s) is sloped toward the front and are equipped with a 1-1/2 inch drain so crew members can quickly flush out sediment and remove old oil.
