- All parts in contact with foodstuffs, including the bowl and forged spiral tool, are fashioned from AISI 304 series stainless steel
- Maintenance-free chain transmission with gear reduction, and runs on ball-bearings assuring a silent and durable machine
- External construction of white sheet steel and assembled on casters for easy mobility
- Equipped with two speed settings, timer and dough breaker
- Transparent safety protection lid with grill for adding products during mixing
Steno was founded in 1945. Since the very first machines were designed, the company has operated paying particular attention to the continuous improvement of the product, both for technical and functional features and design.
The company, directed by the owners Paolo and Ettore Nazzari, has its offices in the north of Italy, near one of the most important national cross-roads.
The new modern factory, which opened in 2002, has created the possibility to improve the production significantly in order to meet the constantly increasing requirements from both the domestic market and the foreign market.
