What are mkayn Rewards?  

mkayn Rewards is a loyalty program specifically designed to offer exclusive benefits to customers of the mkayn store. The program is available to all registered users of the store.

Earning Points

Customers can accumulate loyalty points (mkayn Rewards Points) when making eligible purchases through the mkayn store. Points will be calculated based on the total purchase amount after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

What are Eligible Purchases?

Eligible purchases are those that have been finalized in the store and are outside the return or exchange period as per the store's policy. Customers can use their released points 14 days after the product delivery date.

Using Points

Accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards such as vouchers or discounts. Please note that points cannot be used within 14 days after being earned to ensure proper processing of orders.

Points Expiration

Earned points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. mkayn will notify customers via email 30 days prior to the expiration of their points.

Order Cancellations and Changes  

In the event of an order cancellation or modification, the earned points will be adjusted accordingly. If points have already been redeemed from the canceled order, they will be deducted from the customer's account.

General Terms  

mkayn reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any illegal or fraudulent activity may result in account termination.
